Transparency is the hallmark of trust, a clear window into intentions and actions. Honesty is the refinement that ensures truth prevails even where transparency alone cannot reach. Together, they form the twin pillars of enduring success. In my work, I embody these values not only as a service provider but as a human being offering my clients the rare assurance that every interaction is guided by authenticity, candor, and respect. Prioritizing oneself is not an act of selfishness but of wisdom the recognition that only when our own needs are met can we give fully, without depletion. In the world of enduring success, self‑care is the cornerstone of resilience, ensuring that every offering to others is made from a place of fullness, balance, and grace.   3. Dependability & Accountability – Excellence is built on reliability, and reliability is strengthened by accountability. We expect our clientele to embody both: to honor appointments with consistency, and to hold themselves accountable to the commitments they make not only to us, but to themselves. Dependability ensures trust, while accountability ensures integrity; together, they form the standard of distinction that defines lasting success. In our world, showing up reliably and owning one’s word is more than courtesy it is the mark of discipline, respect, and true achievement.

At The Well and Free Collective, LLC, our story is one of transformation, resilience, and rebirth. Born from a lifetime of observing the toll that even the most “healthy” lifestyles can take, our founder discovered that true wellness is not about relentless striving — it is about balance, authenticity, and the courage to prioritize oneself.

Raised in a home filled with athletes and competitors, the early lessons were clear: tension, exhaustion, and sacrifice often masquerade as health. For years, this led to a life of serving others while neglecting personal needs, resulting in a constant state of depletion. The turning point came with a bold decision to step away, pursue massage therapy, and create a sanctuary where healing could begin.

From that quiet space, a journey unfolded — one that embraced breathwork, meditation, energy practices, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and holistic nutrition. What began as curiosity evolved into mastery, and what once seemed mystical revealed itself as essential. By 2020, the path of healing was no longer personal; it became a mission to redefine wellness for others.

In 2022, the vision expanded. A studio was opened, and with it came the opportunity to refine, research, and listen deeply to clients. Over two years, the foundation was laid for something greater: a collective dedicated to nervous system regulation, holistic therapies, and accessible wellness that transcends the limitations of Western medicine alone.

By 2025, the rebirth was complete. With a new name and logo, The Well and Free Collective emerged — the raven, once caged, now free, symbolizing wisdom, transformation, and the power of renewal. What began as massage therapy has grown into a curated collective of practitioners, resources, and experiences designed to empower individuals to heal themselves and flourish.

Today, The Well and Free Collective is more than a wellness studio. It is a sanctuary for those who demand excellence in every aspect of life — a place where practitioners thrive in balance, where clients discover tools for lasting vitality, and where wellness is elevated to an art form.

  • Tammy is a seasoned cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience, known for her dedication, skill, and passion for helping others feel their best. Throughout her career, she has not only achieved her goals but truly excelled, earning recognition as a Curl Specialist with a loyal and trusting clientele.

    While she will continue working behind the chair in a more limited capacity, Tammy is now embracing a softer, more nurturing path within the beauty and wellness world. Her focus is shifting toward healing experiences that care for both body and spirit.

    A passionate herbalist, Tammy offers her own handcrafted natural remedies alongside thoughtfully curated products from local artisans she has grown to love and trust. Her services now include luxurious HeadSpa treatments that blend light aesthetics with deep relaxation, as well as soothing herbal foot baths designed to restore balance from the ground up.

    Tammy is especially excited to introduce the ancient Ayurvedic practice of Shirodhara to the East Tennessee area, offering a deeply calming experience that quiets the mind and nourishes the soul. Expanding her healing offerings even further, she is also a Reiki Practitioner, inviting gentle energy work into each session to promote harmony and well-being.

  • I'm a family nurse practitioner with a background in primary care, urgent care and women's health. I earned my BSN from the University of Tennessee in 2001 and my MSN from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018. With over two decades of healthcare experience, I now focus on functional medicine, partnering with patients to address root causes of illness and support long-term wellness. I am licensed to see patients throughout Tennessee via telehealth.

  • I’m Madeline Long, a certified health coach and founder of Madeline Mae Coaching. My mission is to help women create sustainable transformation through a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Through personalized coaching, I help women build healthy habits, gain confidence, and develop a stronger relationship with both their bodies and their overall well-being. My coaching style focuses on realistic, long-term strategies that empower women to feel strong, confident, energized, and fully supported in creating a lifestyle they can maintain for years to come. 


    I believe true wellness is more than simply changing your body – it’s about elevating the way you live, think, and care for yourself. My approach combines intentional fitness, supportive nutrition, mindset transformation, and sustainable habits to help women create lasting results without extremes or burnout. 


    Through a highly personalized and supportive coaching experience, I help women step into a stronger, more confident version of themselves while building a lifestyle that feels aligned, balanced, and empowering. My goal is for every woman I work with to not only see physical transformation, but to feel deeply confident, energized, disciplined, and at peace in the life she is creating.

While she values the interconnectedness of the entire body, she finds particular fulfillment in beginning her work with the neck and shoulders, recognizing their central role in overall well-being.

    Passionate about her craft, she is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge and resources necessary to enhance the long-term benefits of their bodywork. Whether through hands-on therapy or educational tools, her goal is to support each client in achieving optimal physical balance and well-being
